In accordance with that stated in section 6(A)(2) of the State Property Law, 5711-1951 (hereinafter, "the Law"), to permit the position holders in the Ministry of National Infrastructures, as listed below, to represent the government in any of the deals referred to in sections 4 and 5 of the Law, except for land deals, within the field of activities of the Ministry of National Infrastructures and the functioning of the authorized signatory, up to the amount indicated alongside each of them, and to sign in the name of the State on documents related to the said deals:

a)        The Director-General - without limitation of the amount.

b)        Senior VP for Administration - up to the sum of NIS 250,000.

c)         The Chief Scientist of the Ministry - up to the sum of NIS 250,000.

d)        The manager of the Fuel Administration - without limitation of the amount for the subject of fuel industry costs.

e)        The supervisor of material resources - up to the sum of NIS 20,000.

f)           The manager of the material resources department - up to the sum of NIS 10,000.

Every said authorized signatory shall sign together with the comptroller of the Ministry or the deputy comptroller of the Ministry.

The Natural Gas Authority

Extract from the National Gas Industry Law, 5762-2002:

Deals of the Natural Gas Authority (section 58 of the Law):

For the purpose of execution of the provisions of this law, the Director of the Authority is authorized, together with the comptroller of the Authority, to represent the government in all deals as stated in sections 4 and 5 of the State Property Law, 5711-1951, except for land deals, and to sign in the name of the State on documents related to the said deals.

The Geological Survey of Israel

In accordance with section 6(a) of the State Property Law, 5711-1951 (hereinafter, "the law"), and further to decision No. HK400, dated 23.10.96, to authorize the Director of the Geological Institute (hereinafter, "the Institute") or the deputy Director of the Institute or the manager of the material resources unit of the Institute, together with the comptroller of the Ministry of National Infrastructures or his deputy, to represent the government in all deals as stated in sections 4 and 5 of the law, related to the activities of the Institute, except for land deals, and to sign in the name of the State on documents related to the said deals, on condition that the sum of each deal to be signed by the Director of the Institute or his deputy does not exceed NIS 1 million, and that the sum of each deal to be signed by the manager of the material resources unit of the Institute does not exceed NIS 10,000.
